Shocking exorcisms are getting out of control, resulting in a young woman dying. A few months later, Megan Reed (Shay Mitchell), working on a night shift in the morgue, receives a distorted corpse of the deceased. Alone, locked in the basement hallways of the morgue, Megan experiences terrifying visions, beginning to believe that the woman's body can be possessed by demonic powers.
